What we clean
Six things, done right in one visit.
Most Anchorage homes need a mix — bedroom carpet plus a wool rug plus the section the dog claimed. We bring the gear and the solutions for all of it in one truck, one visit, one written quote.
Area rugs
Wool, synthetic, oriental. Inspected fiber-by-fiber before water touches the rug. Pickup available across the Anchorage bowl.
Commercial floors
Office, restaurant, retail. After-hours scheduling. Encapsulation or extraction depending on traffic and fiber.
Upholstery
Couches, sectionals, dining chairs. Low-moisture for delicate fabrics, full extraction for sturdy weaves.

We walk the room with you, point at the spots that worry you, and tell you what we think we can lift. If a stain is permanent, we say so before we charge a dollar. If your pad is shot, we tell you that too.

+How long does carpet take to dry?
Six to ten hours for hot-water extraction in a normal Anchorage home. We use commercial extractors that pull most of the water back out, so you walk on damp pile — not soaked carpet.
+What does it cost?
Free in-home estimate before we run a single hose. Most three-bedroom Anchorage homes fall between $185 and $325. Pet treatment, stairs, and rug pickup are quoted separately, in writing, before work starts.
+Do you serve outside Anchorage?
Yes — the full Anchorage bowl, Eagle River, Chugiak, JBER, Girdwood, plus Palmer and Wasilla on scheduled MatSu days. Call to confirm your address.
+Will my old stains come out?
Honest answer: some will, some will not. Anything that has bleached or burned the fiber is permanent. We tell you what we can lift before we charge you for it.
+Are your cleaners safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Our standard solutions are pet-safe and dry residue-free. Tell us about pet allergies on the call and we'll switch to fragrance-free.
+How soon can you come?
Same-week appointments are normal. Same-day depends on the route — call and we'll tell you straight if we can fit you in.
+Do you move furniture?
We move couches, chairs, light tables. We do not move beds, dressers, china cabinets, electronics, or anything heavy enough to hurt a person or scratch a floor. We clean around them with care.
+Payment?
Card, check, or cash on completion. No deposit. You see the finished work before you pay.
